1. What we delete
All data we received through Dothoosh Social from your interactions with our Instagram accounts: your user ID and username, the text of your comments and messages, their attachments and their times. This website has no accounts for reading the news and keeps no other personal data about you.
2. How to send a request
Email [email protected] with your Instagram username and the Dothoosh account you interacted with. If you cannot use email, send the same request as a direct message to that Instagram account.
3. How we handle it
So that no one can delete someone else's data, we may ask you to confirm the request with a message from the same Instagram account. We complete each request within 30 days and tell you the result through the channel you used.
4. Automatic deletion
Even without a request, Instagram event data is deleted automatically within 30 days of receipt. You can also delete your comments and messages in Instagram itself.
5. Gateway
Gateway accounts and their data are kept in Gateway itself. To delete them, use Gateway's support channel.
